I’m 4’11 and i’m 119lbs and my goal is 90lbs. The main areas of fat i wanna get rid of is my stomach, waist, and thighs. Would i be able to reach my goal by summer?(beginning of June)
I’m willing to :
- run out or in on treadmill
- hula hoop (i have a weighted hula that i think a little over 3lbs with magnets installed)
- yoga
- swim (whenever i go to the gym with my friend)
- dance ( i dance for 1 hr and 30 mins in school 2-3 times a week in class and everyday 1 hr)
- strength conditioning (push-up, sit-up, plank)
For snack, I will eat:
- fruit (strawberry, mango, orange, peach, black berry, pomegranate, watermelon, melon, honey dew, i think thats it haha)
- string cheese light
- salad
- hot and sour soup
I drink many bottles of water everyday. I have 1 of those bottles that are tall and made for athletics. I don’t know. I drink at least 3 bottles everyday but i drink a lot more when im exercising

Hi, I’m 14 (turning 15 in a couple months..) I’m 4’10″ and around 115 to 120 lbs. Yeah. I know..I’m a fatty
(Honestly, I don’t look fat…I think it’s all in my boobs and my thighs. Still a sad face) SO I want to loose 20 lbs, I’m jogging 45 minutes 3 days a week and doing strength conditioning for 45 minutes the other 4 days. I’m only eating 6 SMALL meals every (2) hours.
I started doing this a while ago, and have lost 15 lbs, but my goal is more near 100
How long do you think it will take to get rid of the extra? Patience is key, I’m not trying to rust it because then it won’t stay off. And yes, I realize nutrition is a very key point in loosing weight..

The problem is most people do not know how! Athletes will get a summer program from their coach and its leg extensions, leg pressing, and machine exercises. You follow the program to the letter but you don’t make any real gains. You go back to play your sport and now you are weaker than before from a poor training program. The problem is, the program doesn’t CONTAIN ANY REAL BULL STRENGTH EXERCISES!
“Bull Strength” is a concept that was taught to me very young. Growing up, my father was a hard working furnace man. Through middle school and high school I spent most of my weekends working in basements, hauling pipe around, carrying boilers down steps, and much more. It was hard manual labor, but I do not regret a moment of it.
During that time I played football, basketball, and baseball. The strength I gathered from performing the labor when I was younger helped me excel at each sport, earn local and state awards, and earn a Division 1AA college scholarship for football.
One of my high school football coaches was amazed by the strength my brothers and I demonstrated. He couldn’t believe the “Bull Strength,” as he called it, that we possessed at a young age!
After graduating college and getting much more under the bar experience, I realized it was time to share some of my secrets. I took my real world experiences, coupled with extensive training knowledge and athletic success, and created the Bull Strength program!
This program isn’t developed in a lab, this is true under the bar experience. Joe Hashey is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. He played Division 1AA college football at Colgate University and got hooked on the iron. Since college Joe has trained with powerlifters from Westside, Olympic lifting coaches, underground strength experts, NFL athlete trainers, Division I college strength coaches, and many other elite level trainers. Joe owns Synergy Athletics, and trains athletes at multiple levels.

Im 15 and have been working out without weights or equipment now for some time and its going well and dont say im too young. i also am taking a core strength and conditioning course. but my back is the only area of my body being neglected so how do i build back muscle at home without equipment and pull ups arent an option cos i dont have a bar or anything to use please help thanks
If a person has some fat on his/her body; by strength and conditioning and diet, can he turn that fat into muscle? Or do you just lose the fat and then build muscle?
